Mai Masri’s remarkable award-winning feature film, 3000 Nights, follows the story of Layal, a pregnant Palestinian schoolteacher, as she serves her time in an Israeli women’s prison. The screening will be introduced by Samar Ziadat, Dardishi Festival founder and coordinator.

Access: The film is in Arabic language with English language subtitles. All areas of the venue are accessible to those with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. Large print and Arabic language versions of our printed programme will be available throughout the Festival.
