Dardishi Festival aims to make all its events accessible to as many people as possible, because we strongly believe that everyone should be able to access art and culture.
As a result, Dardishi Festival events will always:
aim to create an environment which is safe and inclusive
keep tickets prices as low as possible
take place at venues which are wheelchair accessible and have wheelchair accessible toilets
state whether they are captioned and/or have British Sign Language interpreters present
include large print, text only and PDF downloadable copies of our programme, as well as both English and Arabic language versions
welcome assistance dogs
provide clearly marked gender neutral toilets
have free resting space with comfy seating (bean bags) at our venues
This is what we can always provide under the constraints of being an unfunded, volunteer-run community venture that is not for profit, but we are continually working to improve our access measures and welcome any feedback. If there are any other accessibility measures that we could put into place to help you attend our events, please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you feel unsafe at any of our events, please feel free to speak to a member of staff.
